My relationship with hair is always been so-so. It’s okay but isn’t always good. My hair is fine and thin with a touch of a wave but not too much. So you can say that I’m pretty happy with my hair over all. But it doesn’t mean that we have no problem. The scalp, something that we can’t eschew if we talk about hair, isn’t it? The oily scalp, hereditary from my beloved Mom-thanks Mom, got me to the phase when I can’t live without baby powder (to combat the oiliness on my scalp when I didn’t acknowledge of dry shampoo). Hey, I’m just another slothful girl that shampooing every day isn’t required. So I always on the hunt to find ”a good shampoo” to harmonize my hair along with the conditioner as I bleach my hair a couple of times. So it’s necessary to pamper my hair thoroughly.
A couple of weeks ago, I got stumbled on Tsubaki Damage Care shampoo & conditioner when I was in Malaysia. I can’t turn away with the sleek white packaging that drew me to the cashier! And of course, ”damage care” labelled won’t waste as it needed for my bleached hairs. I wasn’t aware of the ingredients when I first bought them but I shall break down the product here:

After using for good solid a month, I would say that these are such a decent product to have in my shower vanity. As a person with oily scalp and normal hair, I still can rely on them as it gives a suave texture on my hair with the following scents of relaxation. Which remains after a shower and blow dry. I don’t use hair oil/serum or toner afterwards and it just works fine.
My hair still on its track after 2days shampooing and of course, the conditioner together is the teamwork at the best. Yes, I had tried only the shampoo and it just fine but I have noticed that my hair isn’t as suave as it gives with the conditioner and I can’t leave them together since then.
Was it all tho? No, still the same issue-oily scalp is insist. The third day after shampoo and conditioner the grease started to befall with minimal activities (most of the time I stay at home). So I reckon it would have shown more if you are like me with oily scalp and you are working women. Especially summertime, ugh. You know what I mean.
But it is just me, my scalp. I can’t condemn products to present magic and keep the oil at the bay. Thought I just need a specific treatment to attenuate the grease. But again, it still a good product and I recommend trying specific treatment as they have various types of treatment for you to try i.e. smooth, volume, moist. Let me know if you are keen to try this set or tell me anything about your hair.
