We all have had a situation where we were running errands with white liquid spot treatments? It happened to us more times than we can count. Pimples have always been an issue and it can be so stressful to hide and cure it. Gratefully, since I caught wind of pimple patches from Subi Beauty* ($29.95 AUD)-the small clear circular stickers to stop you from popping out at your pimples, my skin can revitalize quickly as it keeps the bacteria at the bay. Yay!
Lucky me that Subi Beauty reached out and sent me their revolutionary thin hydrocolloid (a type of professional wound dressing used in hospitals to treat injuries) patches that are translucent enough to be worn with makeup, even in the shower if you so choose. The technology of hydrocolloid extracts infection while protecting the surface layer of a blemish from outside bacteria and acne-causing perpetrators.
One pack equipped 18 patches and they are free from benzoyl peroxide, calamine lotion and salicylic acid that can cause your skin dry and irritated. Also, I need to mention that the plastic bed has the cut to help you to peel it off in ease which I really appreciate it!
Experience:
The patches adhere to the skin very nicely and it really helped the breakouts to heal faster than any other gel cream/spot treatment. Yeay! Also, as I mentioned before that it’s almost invisible under foundation. Moreover, feels like nothing on the skin because it is so thin. After all, I’m so pleased with the performance and I wish that they come with varying sizes because pimples can appear in different sizes.
Price Wise:
$29.95 Aud for 18 patches isn’t cheap. So you will pay approximately $1.6 AUD per pimple, lol. But if you really take care of your skin and maintain your health with very minimum breakouts, I think it will worth the price as it can last you for ages. Alternatively, you can cut them into half if you have small breakouts to handle. So, you can save and use them until such time. Personally, I will purchase this as it is an Australian brand and its vegan & cruelty-free which is deserves supported.
So, let me know how do you think about pimple patches? Have you tried any of pimple patches before?
