I was delighted when I first saw this mini holiday set from Charlotte Tilbury. I thought it would be nice to try the best selling lipsticks in this Hot Lips 2 collection since I only have 2 of them (Dance floor Princess and Carina Star). What dragged me most of this lipstick is the packaging. Frankly, I think it’s the cutest to display in my vanity. Who else with me? Nothing stops me since Charlotte Tilbury is known to have the most comfortable lipstick formula on the market. Here I am, planning to compile all of the Hot Lips 2 collection. But I thought it would be nice to try the best selling lipsticks in this collection (JK Magic, Amazing Amal and Viva La Vergara).
So, I snatched this holiday set from Beautylish for $25 USD. Not bad, right? I put my expectation so high since this is not the first time I bought lipstick in mini size.
Check the picture below for comparisons with minis from Fenty Beauty and the original size from CT Hot Lips 2 collection. Now, you can effortlessly guess whether it’s a hit or a miss.

Would it be worth to grab?
I’m not against CT products and I admit that I adore and genuinely love her products, primarily her lipsticks. But, I would not recommend obtaining this mini size solely because I think, it would not worth the price. This trio contains 3×0.04 oz (1.3gr) and for the full size, you get 0.12oz (3.5g)per product. How tiny, right?
Sum up?
Get a full size instead! $35 USD for each of them and you’ll get the prettiest packaging ever. Also, the creamy formula that will sit on your lips without drying it out. I also have to mention that the mini size trio is quite fragile. You need to twist it gently in order to keep the lipstick intact from the bullet. I have already snatched 3 of them on the side from the bullet and I have a strong feeling that it will come off anytime soon. Bummer! But if you willing to try their formula and you wouldn’t mind getting the smallest amount of products, go ahead. It is still nice to carry along in your makeup bag, just be careful because of the small packaging that can be randomly slipped somewhere.
